A. Our Shipping Policy:
Our store corporate with four warehouses to enable shipping worldwide:
- with USPS (base in Texas) for shipments in USA
- with Royalmail for shipments to UK/EU and the rest of the world
- with Auspost for shipments to Australia
- with Singpost for shipments to most of ASIA countries
This explains why most of you – our beloved customer, will receive the shipment from the UK, Singapore, even though they are originally shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Shipping processing:
The first 5 – 7 days: A normal order (not including pre-order items) takes time to be ready to ship. We handle every single order with love and care.❤️
Next 7 – 12 business days: The package will be sent by post and transferred to USA/UK/AUS/SING warehouses. Tracking code is THEN available for us to inform you!! This means you receive your tracking code 12 – 19 days after paying for your order!
Next 7 – 21 days your package will arrive. (Best-case scenario!)
** Please keep an eye on the shipment status after you get the tracking code from us. If the package can't reach to your address, it might be kept max. 2 weeks in your local post office before being sent back to Vietnam.

B. When would the parcel suppose to reach you?
- USA: 20 – 30days after payment.
- UK: 20 – 30days after payment.
- EU: 25 – 35 days after payment. Exception: Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia may take 40 ~ 50 days.
- Australia: 20 – 30days after payment.
- Singapore/Asia: 20 ~ 30 days
- The rest of the world: ~45 days after payment.
This is an estimated timeframe and might change due to bad weather conditions/ holidays/ political conflicts/ pandemic/ etc. The shipment can be delayed, resulting in double or even triple the normal shipping time.

C. What should I do if I don't receive the package after the range of transition-time?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you are in any of situation below:
In 10 days after you received the trackcode and the parcel have not yet get to you.
15 days after placing a normal order and you have not yet receive the tracking code.
In case of your order contains a pre-order item, please note that the items can only be shipped after production finished. Pre-order item has its range of time, being mention in its detail.
The trackcode say that parcel already reach you but you are not yet received anything.

You might have to deal with taxes while receiving packages imported from other country.
1. USA
Bigcartel automatically helps us calculate import tax at checkout step.
Please keep the paypal bill/ Bigcartel bill as envident when the service asks for additional tax.
2. UK and EU
Since July 2021 UK/EU have started new tax rule – The IOSS and DDP – which you can read in detail here. The new rule applies tax for everything imported to UK/EU.
Bigcartel has not updated any feature helping us automatically charge this tax at checkout. That's why you will have to pay additional tax when you receive the package in UK/EU, which is about 5 – 10% total cost of the entire order. :
3. Other Countries
Every countries has their own rule about this tax. If you need any help, please write in the customer note when placing the order. We will reach out and try our best to help!
**Packages which are returned to sender because of the 'unclaimed/decline to receive/decline to pay tax' reason won't get refund.

E. Resend/Refund policy :
In the worst situation, your package being lost/resending back to us. We will work with agency to get the package back or get refund from USPS/Royalmail/Auspost.
Package return: If your package got returned to us and it's because of the post office/agency service - We will resend you another one without any addition shipping cost - it takes the same shipping routine time of normal package.
Refund can be discussed but it will minus shipping cost (only refund item cost).
It would take at least 2 months to resolve a refund case deal to USPS/Royalmail/Auspost/Singpost policy.
However, if the reason is [the package being marked 'unclaimed/receiver decline to receive'] (maybe because of tax) - We must ask for additional shipping cost if you request resending. And we can't accept refunding both item cost and shipping cost in this case.
Please understand that with each returning package we always have to pay for returning fee (about 2$ ~ 4$) and never get back the 'shipping cost' immediately - the best we can get back is the items. Shipping cost always need many steps of paperwork to resolve with shipping service which is why we can't refund it.
